Devastated as I was at the loss of Chelsea and Rick, maybe dying in the lily pond of the eponymous series title was good Karma. But just, in case Master White is reading — PLEASE don’t turn this into a Chinese Ghost Story. Or, leave that for another series …
lol- yes there is increasingly a false sense of intimacy with unknown actors/writers/directors, especially when White's creative multi-act somehow *seems* revelatory and vulnerable. I think Chelsea and Rick are happy to be dead together :)
Its the same celebrity grab with curators and collectors who used to be happy to be a shadowy players in the magic of art and cinema, a title at the end or on name on the catalogue, leaving the froth to the actors and artists. Now everyone wants it!
